Do you like blueberries? This juicing recipe involves these little guys that pack a lot of anti-oxidants. Blueberries or bust! How do you make the Blueberries or Bust drink? Here we go!:
Juice up some apples. All of my juicing recipes involve these yummy apples. You will need 10 to 11 ounces.
Add in 1/2 of a fresh organic banana and 1/2 of a cup of yogurt (I like vanilla).
Add in 1/2 of a cup of frozen or fresh organic blueberries.
